Monday Mindset with Michael Mason

Michael Mason 16.03.2025

Welcome to Monday Mindset, the new weekly newsletter from Mason’s Meats, where we cut through the noise to focus on real, sustainable steps toward becoming tougher, stronger and more capable. This isn’t about empty motivational clichés, it’s about practical, meaningful actions that help you reach your full potential.

Your Body is Your Engine. Fuel it Right

Today we’re starting off with one of the principles upon which Mason’s Meats is founded - the old saying that your body is an engine, so fuel it right. You wouldn’t put cheap fuel in a high-performance engine, so why do it to yourself?

Your body is built to perform, but only if you give it the right tools. That’s why we make pure, high-quality snacks made with only two ingredients: beef and salt. No junk, no additives, no excuses.

Most modern snacks are designed to be addictive, not nourishing. They’re loaded with sugar, processed oils and chemicals that do nothing but slow you down. We believe food should work for you, not against you.

The Mindset Shift

Your fuel should match your ambition. Whether you’re training, working or just getting through the day, you deserve food that fuels your potential. Not food that holds you back.

This week, make one change: prioritise clean, real food. Swap out processed snacks for real fuel; foods with ingredients you can pronounce and benefits you can feel. No excuses. No shortcuts. Just results.

Make the choice to fuel right today and see the difference in how you perform.

Eat Beef, Glow Hard

This isn't a pitch for steak as skincare. It's an argument that the structural inputs to skin are nutritional and beef happens to be one of the densest sources of those inputs.
