1. Return Conditions
We hope you love our products as much as we love making them, but if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Window: You can return items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
Eligible Products: Returns are accepted for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed products unless there is a quality issue.
Proof of Purchase: Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
2. Non-returnable Items
Due to health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products that are opened or used, unless defective.
3. Refunds
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except public holidays. We only dispatch orders on working days.
4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
