Shipping Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the UK, Northern Ireland, UAE, Hong Kong & Australia. We reserve the right to add or remove delivery locations without prior notice.

3. Delivery Time

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except  public holidays. We only dispatch orders on working days. 

4. Delivery Method

We normally use the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service to deliver our products. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually arrive within 48 hours, depending on your location within the UK. Please note that for UAE, it is likely that the local delivery partner will add a small local delivery charge of approximately 30 AED.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are charged at £4.50 per package within the UK & NI - they are waived automatically when you order three or more 100g packs.  Shipping costs are charged at £11.50 for other countries at this time.

6. Additional Charges

Countries outside of the UK & NI may levy additional import duties, customs handling charges, taxes etc. These costs are the responsibility of the purchaser not Mason's Meats. 

7. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@masonsmeats.co.uk
