Mason’s Meats
Our Grass Fed Jerky is handmade in small batches on the Neville Estate in Eridge Park - a centuries-old woodland and place of natural beauty, owned by The Duke of Abergavenny.
Over the last twelve months, we have been on a voyage of discovery, perfecting the optimal slice of grass-fed beef + Anglesey salt, ensuring the highest standard of taste and consistency.
As part of the dehydration process, beef can lose up to 65% of its mass. The outcome? A savoury, toffee, creamy, crispy, salty slice of the finest beef in the UK, and none of the sugar! Our commitment to environmental and regenerative farming ensures that every bite you take contributes to a sustainable future, and we are developing limited edition batches, which will be produced using cattle sourced from one specific farm at a time.
MICHAEL MASON,
CO-FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Michael has extensive experience in the power of a meat-based diet, and is one of the UK’s leading advocates for the carnivore lifestyle.
His holistic approach to wellbeing integrates the principles of a majority meat diet with strength training and breathwork, and has heavily influenced the Mason’s Meats product we see today.
“Pure food means good food, and I've experienced first-hand the transformative power of a meat-based diet. For me, it’s not just about providing sustenance though; it's about creating an authentic, delicious, high-quality product, and the fact that ours also comes with optimum nutritional value is a big bonus!”

JORDAN GROSS,
CO-FOUNDER
Jordan's journey to Mason’s Meats has been rather unconventional, and is the culmination of years of self-discovery in the pursuit of optimal well-being.
“For many years, whilst running a series of live music venues in London, and in the pursuit of ‘healthy living’, I experimented with a vegetarian/vegan diet. However, this well-intentioned choice took a negative toll on my mind and body, leading to heightened anxiety, dizziness, and fatigue.
“My six year journey from vegetarianism to seasoned carnivore has been transformative, and looking back, I’m not sure how I managed so many years without it!”
- Jordan.
