- 50ml olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 eggs
- 30g Wagyu Punta Negra jerky
- Chilli flakes
- Salt and pepper
- 2 crusty cobs, split in half

1Heat the olive oil and garlic in a frying pan.

2Drizzle some of the oil onto the cobs.

3Place a good piece of jerky onto each cob.

4Crack in the eggs and cook in the oil until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked but still runny.

5Season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes.

6Place a fried egg on top of the jerky and squash the top down so the yolk smothers the beef.

7Cut in half and serve.
