Why has my subscription moved to a new account?

We've upgraded our platform to give you a better experience. Your Mason's Meats Subscription now lives directly in your Mason's Meats account at masonsmeats.co.uk. Everything is the same: cuts, frequency, billing - just in one cleaner place. If you need help accessing your account, reply to any email from us and we'll sort it.

I can't find my subscription in my account. What do I do?

Make sure you're logged in with the same email address you used when you first subscribed. If you're still having trouble, reach out to us at info@masonsmeats.co.uk and we'll get it fixed for you directly.

What’s the Mason’s Meats subscription?

Our way of keeping you stocked up on jerky. Build a box of at least 5 items, pick your delivery schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly), and get 5% off plus free UK shipping every time.

How do I sign up?

Purchase a subscription through here. You'll receive a subscription confirmation email with a ‘Manage Subscription’ button. Click it and you'll be prompted to create your Mason's Meats account or sign in, from there you can build your box and manage everything.

Why is there a 5-item minimum?

It keeps shipping free and makes sure your box is always a proper stash, not just a snack.

Can I change my box once I’ve subscribed?

Yes. Visit our website and click the profile icon in the top right corner to sign into your Mason's Meats account. Swap cuts, add new cuts, or change how often you get deliveries.

Can I skip a delivery if I need to?

Absolutely. Just log into your Mason's Meats account and click "Skip" on your next scheduled order. We'll pick things back up on the following delivery.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You're in control. Cancel directly in your Mason's Meats account whenever you like, no hoops to jump through.

  • Log into your Mason's Meats account.
  • Click on 'Subscriptions'.
  • Under 'Active Subscriptions,' choose your box and click 'Manage this subscription'.
  • Scroll down and click 'Cancel Subscription.'

Your subscription will be stopped immediately, and no further orders will be placed.

What if I want to come back after cancelling?

Easy. Log back in, hit 'Reactivate', and your subscription picks up where it left off.

Do you offer subscriptions outside the UK?

Not yet, subscriptions are UK-only for now.

What happens if one of my subscription items is out of stock?

We’ll let you know by email. You won’t be charged until it’s back, or you can log in and swap for another flavour.

Can I update my payment details?

Yes. Log into your Mason's Meats account and head to 'Billing' to update your card or bank details so your deliveries keep coming smoothly.
