A brilliant sandwich for breakfast.
Serves 2.
• 50ml olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 eggs
• 30g Wagyu Punta Negra jerky
• Chilli flakes
• Salt and pepper
• 2 crusty cobs split in half
1. Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan.
2. Drizzle some of this delicious oil onto the cobs.
3. Place a nice piece of the jerky onto the cobs.
4. Crack in the eggs and cook in the oil until the whites are set and yolks are cooked but still runny.
5. Season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes.
6. Now place a fried egg on top of the jerky and squash the top down, so the yolks smothers the beef.
7. Cut in half and enjoy!
