Made with our legendary meat sticks and a few simple ingredients, Mike’s Meat Spread is perfect for topping, dipping or spreading on just about anything - fried eggs, burgers, crackers.
What You’ll Need:
2 Mason’s Meats Sticks
100g Gruyère cheese (a good sharp cheddar works too)
5–6 cornichons
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
A good grind of black pepper
How to Make It:
Remove the collagen casing from the meat sticks and chop them up
Cube the cheese
Chop the cornichons
Toss everything into a mixer with the Dijon mustard and pepper
Blitz until smooth

Burgers
Crackers
