We do not source Halal beef for our normal product range, the only exception is for our specific Halal Beef Brisket Jerky, where the grass fed beef we sourced is certified Halal.

United Kingdom (UK)

We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Our standard shipping service.

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 and DPD Next Day as an upgrade at checkout (when available)

Orders placed before 5.00pm are normally dispatched the same working day.

European Union (EU) & Switzerland

Orders to EU countries and Switzerland are dispatched from our warehouse in The Netherlands.

We use a panel of carriers based on the destination country. Most orders are delivered within 5 working days.

Please note:

• No customs duties apply to orders shipped within the European Union.

• Customs duties may apply to shipments sent to Switzerland.

We currently ship to a select number of international destinations, including:

Our standard shipping fee of £11.50 applies, unless upgraded to Premium Delivery

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or DPD with delivery in up to 11 business days, or UPS/Fedex for Premium delivery in 2-4 days.

Local customs duties and import taxes may apply. Final delivery will be completed by a local delivery partner.
